Refund policy

Subscriptions aren't refundable, except where required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Failed videos don't count: videos that fail our quality checks or rendering are credited back up to your plan's monthly failure-credit limit. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
• Cancelling: cancel any time in the billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund part-used months, except where the law requires.
