3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Content and Usage Rights

Upon payment, you receive full commercial usage rights to all videos created through our platform. You may:

  • Use videos for commercial purposes
  • Distribute across all marketing channels
  • Modify videos as needed
  • Use without attribution requirements

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

6. Payment and Billing

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • No refunds for partial months or unused tokens

8. Limitation of Liability

EZUGC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
